I flew 7 hours to visit my dad when I was 34 weeks pregnant and there were no restrictions. If you're not high risk you are just fine - your OB will likely suggest that you should get up and walk around a bit every hour or two to minimize the risk of a blood clot. Compression stocking can help too (and they'll really help when you get further along in your pregnancy when swelling becomes an issue).

I think it is better to check with your doctor . I was 6 weeks pregnent when I wanted to fly to visit my family and my midwife adviced me to take anticoagulant injection befor the fly and when I get back because the they live far from us and l had to set for long time .. hope this help

My doctor says it is safety. But i had miscarriage at 6 weeks right after flying. So, idk what was the reason. Hope not the flight.
