Bleeding/Spotting?

This morning I went to the bathroom and when I wiped myself and there was light blood. I wasn't bleeding it was only when I wiped. So I went to the hospital and when I gave a urine sample there was no blood, not even when I wiped. It was just that one time this morning.  This is the first time it has happened I'm 22+6 weeks pg. The baby is fine. I'm just curious has this ever happened to anyone?  What could it have been?

I had spotting at 17 weeks and they told me it happens sometimes and it's very normal. They said as long as its just spotting, not heavy bleeding and doesnt last longer than 24 hours then its okay. I was very scared when it happened to me. I couldn't stop crying. I'm now 20 weeks and everything has been going perfect.
