I'm around 4 weeks with my 2nd and I woke up this morning with a bit of vaginal blood, feels more like a period I found out when I was 16 weeks with my 1st so I'm not sure if this is okay in early pregnancy or not
I bled for a whole first month, then it stopped with my first! If your concerned ide talk to your provider.... my first little girl was born full term and healthy...

Yes it's almost like a periods but I don't have stomach pain. I think it's completely normal but it's better to consult a doctor soon.
I had a same problem when I was in 4th week. I spoke to my doctor and had injections for few weeks and some medications now I'm ok and I'm in 10th week of my pregnancy.
