Back ache even thou I've taken paracetamol and I've been watching the time I've been having these cramps and it was every hour to every 40 45 minutes I was told its practice braxton hicks but whys it coming and goin getting fed up with the achen pain now -.-
Try drinking about 2 to 3 bottles of water while sitting in a recliner or while soaking in a warm bath. Those help my braxton and back pain.
Yes sounds like BH. drink lots of water, take a warm bath. Have hubby give you a massage.
