Braxton hicks?

What do Braxton hicks feel like? Is it in the front or in the back? Or both? I have been having lower back pain on my right side sometimes it is on my left but usually always on the right since Christmas I'm 23 weeks and I have been to a chiropractor 2 times to get adjusted and I been tested for kidney infection and they keep telling me everything looks good but it hurts like crazy back there!! Any tips to get rid of the pain and baths it's also a constant pain when I do have it it don't just last a few mins

Sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your back. A heating pad usually helps me with this. (I'm 36 weeks on thursday) and ice packs help too. They also say if you lay on the opposite side and bring the leg on the side that hurts up and meet your foot with your knee on the opposite side, that it will relieve pressure. Hope this helps.
