I just talked to my doctor about this 10 minutes ago. She said that she can nineither confirm or deny that they work since the FDA hasn't done any testing on them. She said the best way to develop more is to feed the baby more or breast pump. Cause your breast supply as much as your babies eating. So if you want to develop more you gotta try and feed or pump more often, she said it also takes a couple of days for it to pick up, you can call the hospital you delivered at and talk with a nursing consultant. You can try the pills or teas but I don't know what kind of tea that would help.
