Did anyone take calcium if so name that brand and how much iu ?
I'm in my second trimester and take 1000 a day. I'm lactose intolerant and don't get much calcium in my daily diet
I take Caltrate 600+D3 once a day. I was told to take a vitamin D with a calcium supplement. Something about absorption. Also, do not take at the same time as prenatal.
YES I DID MY 2ND TRIMESTER & IT WAS A WALMART BRAND. NOTHING TO EXPENSIVE
