Can I use nasal spray?
So my cold/flu or whatever it is has gotten so much worse. I slept a whole 3 hours last night, if that. I can barely keep my eyes open but can't go to sleep because when I lay down it feels like someone is sitting on my chest. I have nasal spray and I'm thinking it may help my congestion. Do you guys think I could use it or no? I don't wanna call my doctor because I call for everything. If I have to I will
It's pretty urgent.
take vapour . add salt in hot water and take vapour from that . it will work. my doc suggested not to take menthol or nasal spray if its not so urgent.
