Contractions ?

Hi , i am 39 w 4 d pregnant . Iam feeling very low pain in my lower abdomen in left side , like periods , but no water break no bloody show . I am confused if its contraction or sumthing else ?

I'm 39 weeks 3 days and felt that way l day yesterday. Even had stomach upset & nausea. Thought for sure I was early labor, but also no mucus plug or water breakage. Must have been baby dropping further because he's much lower in pelvis today & I hardly had any of the symptoms today that I had yesterday.

Contractions usually feel like tightening pains measure them and maybe call your doctor and see what they say :)

It could be the baby dropping more... Are you having contractions? I always waited til contractions were 3-4 mins apart and I could not stand it anymore...
