Contractions/cramps
Ok I'm 6 months now and I been feeling cramps sometimes they're sharp and it goes down my back. I be nervous sometimes but I was told cramps are normal but are they the same as contractions? And has anyone felt them way before they're due?
I get cramps to from everything stretching or sometimes it feels like pinching feeling.it hurts in my back as well

No they aren't the same. I have cramped my entire pregnancy. Cramps and contractions feel different to me. Comtractions are a lot of intense.
