Cramping but no period

I have had my period for this month already. But I feel mild cramps like I get at the beginning of my period. Is it possible I am pregnant? I've taken test but they are negative. Is it possible that I am testing to early?

At the moment I don't have insurance.  Something happened when I applied and it didn't go through. So I have to wait for open enrollment again. It would be my second baby. But I definitely don't remember feeling like this with my first.

Make a doctor's appointment and they will be able to tell for sure.
