Idk bow to deal with this situation but I'm trying to stay strong for my baby girl!! My sister was killed by her bf on Thursday! He stabbed her to death then hung himself! We went to her house to see what was going on because her daughters school called my mom saying that my sister never picked up her daughter! Come to find out he had already killed her hours before we got there :( me & my husband found her body full of blood in the restroom :( how am I supposed to stay calm?? I freaked out that day & ice been having sharp pains in my stomach & also cramps to the point where I can't walk :(

Go to your doctor and tell him what happened because the stress of this tragic situation unfortunately hurts the baby as well because of your well being and they can tell u what to do as far as what YOU can do for your baby at this time,  I'm so sorry to hear that may God bless your family.

I'm so sorry to hear this!! My prayers go out to u and ur family. I would def talk to ur Dr about the cramping u r having. I'm sure u r under a lot of stress and r very traumatized. I wish u a very healthy pregnancy and all the best!!
