Drop in Blood Pressure

My blood pressure usually is around 115/79 sometimes it goes up at dr when I get really nervous. I usually have it checked twice a week. But today I had it checked and it was 95/68. The nurse said that was good. I guess you could say im kinda concerned if that to much a drop. I have no symptoms that would cause concern.  I do have a chest cold so occasionally get shortness of breath . Has anyone had this happen?

I definitely deal with stress and anxiety so I know first hand how it affect your blood pressure. In the beginning they would take it multiple times, its almost like that machine freaks me out. I have to do progesterone injections twice a week for the last 13 weeks. So in the last 4 weeks ever time I go for my shot I have the nurse check my blood pressure to hopefully help me get more comfortable with taking it so I would get more normal reading. I can see a difference, each time its been a better reading and im not getting as nervous with her but this morning it was just so much more lower then normal. Truthfully im not really sure what my norm would be because ever time in the past I never really payed attention cause they always said it was good. It wasn't until I started having panic attacks this years when the dr started signaling occasionally that it would get elevated when nervous. Then after that I would constantly worry about which when then make it worse

When i went in for my 37 week checkup it was at 9am and my blood pressure was 96/64 and both the nurse and dr asked if i was drinking enough water. I went in the next week at 4:30pm and it was 114/72 and they didn't say anything. I know Stress and The time of day can have a lot to do with it
