It's a little harder but the best advice is to make sure you exercise you pelvic muscles with pelvic thrusts and kegels. The more kids you have the weaker that muscle becomes. It makes you more prone to bladder leakage. Especially if your active while pregnant. It's a great idea to workout for sure, but don't forget about that specific area
Yup. It will get harder but o still exercised up until i had my son. Im pregnant again and i dont plan on stopping. Just remember dont push yourself. You may be able to do a god amount now but when youre 30+ weeks you wont be able to do anything as well. So dont over exert yourself but never stop being active its the best for you and baby and will help you not gain too much weight.
I'm 35 weeks and swim 4 days a week. Feels great, but I know I'll start decreasing how long, not how much, I swim soon. Don't want to be tired when labor could start but want to keep moving
