Exercise while pregnant

I'm 9 weeks today and I was a bit pudgy before getting pregnant.. I was starting to lose weight before I got pregnant, but now don't know what exercises would be best? It seems like I'm too tired or nauseous to really do any workouts I used to do. I only want to lose love handles and a little stomach pudge. Any suggestions that wouldn't hurt my growing baby?

Eating has been a bit of a problem for me too.. Only 9 weeks and and I've already gained 3 lbs just from snacking. Suggestions on healthy grab and go snacks?

I bought some preggo dvds that go by trimesters. I also just randomly look up workouts on pinterest and walk. My biggest issue is eating..

Moderate cardio, and light weights are ok. Your body will tell you if you cannot handle it. If you feel light headed or dizzy, of course tke it easy. Exercise is great for you and ur baby. Yoga is good but for me, it's just a bonus to a regular exercise program and is not the only thing you should be doing. Cardio and oblique exercises will get rid of love handles; but your exercise goals should be for health purposes not vanity.

Yoga! :) although some say you can't start until week 14 just to clear you of the first trimester, if you've been doing exercise before hand though it wouldn't be a problem to start now.
