I faced the same issue in 20-25th week. Was not even able to sleep. My doc told its minor signs of sinus, cts, acid reflux Which is normal in pregnancy. I tried gags n honey ginger based syrups.. Nothing that worked. Last tried Throat n wrists n legs massage with hot mustered oil with garlic.. Just in 1-2days my all probs gone like it was never there.

Thank you ladies! Will start drinking more liquids. Hopefully it goes away soon because I cannot imagine 22 weeks and still having it lol. By then i might be an expert on getting them out lol

Normal.  Been going through it since the first trimester.  I'm 22 weeks now and I still have the phlegm in my throat that causes me to gag.

Sorry to say, totally normal. More liquid in ur body in general. Every fluid ur body makes is in overdrive until further notice. Try a bit of a hot shower then coughing it up.

Try benadryl in case its allergy related and lemon helps with nausea

I know exactly how you're feeling. When I was 8-20 weeks I will vomit atleast 2 or 3 times a day and feel nausea all the time. What really help me ease it out was ginger soda or purified water and salty crackers such as Ritz :)
