I'd say it's not normal but ylur definitely not alone, I get very light headed to the point of almost fainting but I quickly eat or drink something sugary or have fruit. This only happens to me at work though when I don't have full access to food and 'sugar' for prolonged amount of times. Make sure your eating/drinking enough and regularly to maintain sugar levels it's the worse feeling just know the signs of when it's about to happen and try to prevent it

I have low blood pressure due to my pregnancy which makes me more at risk of diziness and passing out. My doctor told me when i get up i have to do it slowly and i have to drink more fluids to help the blood flow

Actually, some women do faint as one of their earlier pregnancy signals.  But if you did pass out, that would not necessarily be a signal that you are pregnant.  People faint for other reasons too.

No, it's not normal. When you get dizzy or pass out, you need to call the dr and let them know because it can be something very serious.
