I had two small pieces of mine around the same time but I didn't have cramps or bleeding or anything out of the ordinary. I've heard it can regenerate so just kept an eye for anything alarming.

Sorry this has happened. To reassure you if you were to have your baby, I had my daughter at 27 weeks. She was 2lbs 10oz. She had to stay in nicu for 6 weeks, which was shorter than they said. They will give you steroids and such to help the baby lungs develop.  You should be fine. :-) call Dr tho asap!! Best wishes to you :-)
