Gingivitus?

So I noticed that my gums are really swollen and bleeding a lot and I have been trying so hard to take good care of my teeth. Brushing 3x a day and flossing every day. I know I don't have cavities because I have always taken great care of my teeth. But my morning breath is DEADLY!!! Like I yawned this morning and my fiance almost threw up haha its gross.

It's normal during pregnancy and is recommended to go more often to your dentist.

I had pregnancy gingivitus with my first.  My gums bleed for no reason and my teeth were so sensitive. It was painful!  Thankfully they went back to normal a few months after my little one was born! I went to the dentist to make sure everything was ok and them cleaning my teeth hurt soo bad i was almost in tears (and i have had a baby naturally ) so i dont suggest that.  A toothpaste for sensitive teeth helped a bit.
