Keep your stool softer and it may help. Pears, cherries, and apples will help keep this gs soft n moving. That may help. Eat smaller meals and do not lay down for a minimum of 30 min after eating. If those don't help enough,  I would talk to hour doc about meds.

Try sipping canned or jarred jalapeño juice for ridding heart burn. It WORKS. don't suffer anymore. Swig cold water or milk after. Worked for all 4 of my pregnancies. 5th I don't have heartburn yet but I'll try the cucumber or pear as mentioned above. :-)

I had heart burn constantly with my first and nothing worked the doctors prescribed. Now I'm 23 weeks and the heart burn is setting in with him. Ugh it's awful. I know it's an old wives tale but I just tell myself he will be born with hair lol. My daughter was and I had it the ENTIRE time. It helps thinking of it that way to me.

hello Sam.. I am 17 weeks pregnant with my second child. For the past two weeks I have been experiencing heart burns all the time. I have tried everything but the only way I could stop it is by eating a cucumber or a pear. Hope that will help you too
