Has anyones baby been diagnosed with cdh?

Let me clarify as this is not a widely known defect but is very common.my baby boy was diagnosed with cdh (congenital diaphragmatic hernia) at my 20 week anatomy scan. His diaphragm didn't fully form causing his abdominal organs to move into his chest cavity. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how are you coming with it? I need ways to cope because the stress certainly isn't helping him or me at all. Thanks

Hi.my baby boy was diagnosed with the same issue at 35weeks scan. Im 36weeks today and i still cant believe this is happening to me. 13 and 20weeks anomaly scan came out normal so i dont understand how they found out this problem so late. Doc say diaphragm develops at 8weeks so if there was any problem it would have shown at 20weeks scan. They r planning for c section at 38weeks. Im so scared. Trying to read positive stories of those who have gone through this. This is my first baby. Have you talked to anyone else? What did ur doctor say?
