Hate drinking milk

I hate drinking milk and I haven't drank milk for years and being pregnant I'm wondering if I should try drinking milk. If so are there anything I can do to milk to make it more appealing

Top food sources for calcium according to webmd
1. Cheese
2. Yogurt
3. Milk
4. Sardines
5. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens
6. Fortified cereals such as Total, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes (They have a lot of calcium in one serving.)
7. Fortified orange juice
8. Soybeans
9. Fortified soymilk (Not all soymilk is a good source of calcium, so it's best to check the label.)
10. Enriched breads, grains, and waffles

Yes I agree with hothotsauce. I haven't consumed many dairy products for years (except cheese! I can't help it!) Because milk products don't make me feel great. It also makes people more mucusy. Plus there's something creepy about drinking the milk of a completely different species than our own. Google other calcium options. There's also plenty of soy milk options with calcium too that you can use for cooking, baking, cereal, etc. I hope this was helpful.

If you're thinking you should start drinking it because of the calcium, there's plenty of other foods high in calcium

You might be undoing some of the benefits if you're putting a bunch of sugar in there. I use milk in my coffee and smoothies, sometimes oatmeal too
