Baby should be fine. Depending how far along you are, baby sleeps 95% of the day later in pregnancy (34 weeks +) or you could be busy and not even notice when he does move. Drink ice cold water, or eat a small snack. Then lay down where you feel comfortable   play a game on your phone. Watch a tv show. And baby will move!!

As far as stress it can effect your baby to a degree. I mean with my first (six years ago) I was homeless. And that comes with a lot of stress!!  Not to mention, my life style wasn't   ... well let's just say it wasn't the best for anyone let alone a pregnant woman. And my daughter is fine!! Arrived on her due date and very healthy.

Personally if i were you... id trust my gut... if you feel ER is best to know forsure you should go. Because no one knows best than you body and mind. I would not wait longer. Always trust your gut. We can all recommend things to try but you as his mommy has an internal alarm that you will know when all is fine and when not. Xx please keep us posted. Bright blessings

Hey best trick ive learnt is take a glass of cold water to your bath... lay in the normal warmish water then pour the cold water on your tummy. They feel the temp change and move suddenly.

Hi
I was told by midwife that if you don't feel baby kicks... Just drink a glass of water and lay down in comfortable position without any disturbance,  mobile phone and music. Close your eyes and try lying for one hour. If everything is fine you'll definitely feel your little one. I hope it'll work for you. I Pray to God for you.
