Hcg result

I found out I'm expecting baby #2 and my doctor's office told me my hcg level was 60. I was 5 weeks when I tested. That seems really low to me. When I was pregnant with my first, my hcg level was 3856! And I was also 5 weeks when I tested. Should I be concerned about having a low hcg level?

They will keep an eye out they will most likely do more blood work. Maybe you are earlier then you think because it should double or triple every other day. No use worrying About somethingyou can't change of the drs didn't seem worried you shouldn't either... Good luck keep us posted

Thank you for the reassurance. I talked to my pcp who ordered the blood test since my ob couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. She suggested another blood work up if I'm concerned to see if the numbers have doubled since last week. I hope it does! Maybe I'm not 5 weeks after all and maybe much earlier than I thought. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the support!
