Heartburn!!

I have been laying in bed now for 3 hours and 52 minutes. I cannot for the life of me get to sleep I have heartburn which will not go I've just thrown my lunch up and still heartburn! I have also just drank a pint of milk which has woken up baby and she is doing some serious breech backflips! I'm so done any ideas on getting rid of heartburn other than ripping my throat out greatly appreciated

I had a problem with this as well. Try camomile tea. Helped me a lot than anything else. Also I had a really good sleep after as well. Hope you will feel better.

I finally fell asleep at 3am I went to be at 6pm! I kept drink water every time it started up. Did pee a lot tho and then my son woke up at six for the day oh the delights of parenthood :)

I used to have a severe case of GERD, and thw only thing that cured it (after trying absolutely everything) was slippery elm bark (to be boiled and made into tea) it's disgusting but it mimics mucus so it engulfs all the acid. Really miraculous.

Camomile mint tea was the only thing that worked for me, I also had horrible heart burn and tried everything!!! TThis worked amazing...i also hhear drinking baking soda in water wworks but I never tried it cause it sounded to gross to me :/

I take a acid relief pills and drink milk

Ginger can make u go into labor if u take to much

Drink some ginger, it helped with my heartburn!!
