How far am I?

Ok according to my app it says im 5 weeks. I went to the doctors and they did an ultra sound...nothing..took blood work and my hgc level came back at 200, doctor says she thinks I'm only 2 weeks. Ok if so why is my app saying  5 weeks? When does it show up on a ultrasound? My last period was Dec 5th! I just want to know how far I am..thoughts?

You could have ovulated late. I am 1 week less than I should be based on my last period my doctor is basing it off of my ultrasounds.

When I asked my Dr. When I first found out cause I was a little lost with calculating of weeks when he told me how far along I was I said that was 2 weeks to many from when I had sex. So he basically explained they calculate your due day based on the first day of your last period. So you start on the first day of your last period and then add each week and that's how far along you are. Hope that helps

Same with me.  App is saying i m 20 weeks pregnant but ultrasonic reports says 18 week.
