I'm finding it difficult to get wet at 19 weeks

So I've had a relatively easy pregnancy but sex has been very infrequent. At first my husband was afraid of hurting me or the babies - I'm having twins. Now that he's sure we can have sex I find it difficult to get wet enough for him to penetrate without pain even though I feel sexually aroused. The sex isn't regular and I think that makes it worse. It's my first pregnancy and I'd really like to be able to enjoy sex with my husband but it's getting quite difficult. What can I do?
