Is Tylenol Sinus allowed during pregnancy as it is regular tylenol?

Hi all, I was told by my doctor that I can use Tylenol as an only option to treat occasional headaches, but lately I been having sinus headaches...lasting for one or two days. I found out that Tylenol also comes for Sinus, but not sure if is the same as regular Tylenol or not.
I been using vaporizers and saline rinse but only works for 5 minutes. I'm 14 weeks pregnant.

It's a category C drug.  Avoid it if you can.

I'm 14 weeks and in the same boat.  I'll take Tylenol all day with no relief. Even get woken up in the middle of the night with headache. I use a heading pad, shower, and Tylenol. No real advise, it stinks
