Job hunting while pregnant

Hello ladies.

I've been trying to find a job since my last one let me go due to morning sickness.  I feel better now, I'm 20 weeks which presents a new challenge.

I've applied to jobs that I'm qualified for, yet don't get because they see the baby bump. It's frustrating and financially straining to just rely on my fiances income. We just relocated and money is tight.

How in the world is a pregnant yet working capable woman supposed to get a job if no one is willing to look past my pregnancy. Is anyone else going through this.

I understand your frustration. I am also looking for a new job since my current one is not enough income. I thought getting my Bachelor's in May would help but everytime the bump is seen I am not deemed employable. Which is discrimination. Employers try to give another reason but I know me being pregnant is the reason because I apply for jobs I qualify for.

I started an account on Care.com until my baby arrives for some extra income, might be something for you to look into
