Low thyroid

I am 19 weeks and today my doctor said my thyroid is low. I might have to get it removed. I did some research and I read it can be harmful for the baby. I'm really scared is there anyone who has had this before?

I found out I was hypo thyroid mid summer last year and got pregnant about a month later (july) everything is going great in the pregnancy.I'm 29 weeks:)

My Dr said I had low thyroid and put on me on pills synthroid for it...it's ok while your prego I have a friend who has had 2 healthy girls and has low thyroid.

And am 30 weeks now everything prefect with a healthy baby on her way

I have this problem with thryod all my life my doctor toll me it was almost impossible to get pregnant.. Haha funny because when she toll me that I was probably two weeks pregnant.. Plus all my pregnacy it been normal as long as you control the thyroid everything will be prefect ;-)
