Milk Glans?

Am not 100% sure this will make sense but has anybodys milk glans Bulked up into a sort of lump onto one side of your breast after wearing a bra? Should I be getting this seen to buy a doctor or is this normal? Seems to even itself out after 5 mins of either being in the bath or removing the bra

Aw thank you I thought there was something wrong got worried the other night when I noticed it. I've got the midwife next week so ill ask her about it but surely it's normal if others are getting it too

Yes mine form into a lump. I wear my bra all day except for bed. If I didnt have to I wouldn't LOL. but having my brother in law stay with my family I wont go without it! I do notice as well in shower under warm water it disappears! Seems pretty normal, my dr never said anything!
