Moving while pregnant ?

so my boyfriend will be opening a tattoo shop in New York soon! It's a 4 Ina half hour drive from our house! I'm really excited and happy for him because I know he's been working his behind off to make it happen! Unfortunately I'm scared about moving so soon before our son, I'm due August 13th and my Medicaid insurance is through Ohio, I'm scared I won't be able to switch my insurance in time. Any moms that have any advice? Any moms from New York that know about their Medicaid services? anything will HELP! Thank you in advance :)

Jeez that scares me! How far along were you? I think it might be best if we had him here and just find a pediatrician out there. I mean I'm due early August which is a good two months away but it gives him time to actually put everything together and do all the prep stuff I mean I know it'll be hard moving with a new born but I feel like it'd be easier. I love my doctor and my insurance company so I'm really stuck and I don't wanna throw pressure on him I mean we still have to find a house n stuff but still it just scares me

I moved from NC to KY in my pregnancy and switched my medical pretty quickly here once you go and "get approved" you have it even if your card hasn't arrived yet the hospital will look it up the biggest worry would be finding a New doctor it took me almost 2 months to find a new doctor! Good luck
