I'm 25 weeks and 2 days. I went to the hospital yesterday because I've been leaking something since yesterday morning but they said the test came back negative for amniotic fluid and been loosing what looks like parts of my mucus plug.  If not amniotic fluid anyone know what it may be??

With my first I lost my mucous plug over the period of a few days then about 2 weeks later went into labour. My baby was 4 days over due. I started dilating before too. On my due date, I was 2cm dilated and didn't even start labour! Everyone is different :)

Completely normal! It's just your uterus expanding, causing ligament pain. Nothing to stress over at all. Unless you bleed red blood. Brown blood is usually okay as they say it's just old blood.
Also, sleep how ever you want. I'm 21 weeks pregnant with my second baby currently and slept on my tummy until 16 weeks before the baby started kicking complaining how I slept. With my first baby, I slept on my tummy until 21 weeks then started to pop out so slept on my side.
