Before you get out of bed eat some peanut butter crackers if that doesn't help call your obgyn and have them call you in some zophran to help with the vomiting

Try crackers, ginger ale, it's normal to have morming sickness, with my 1st baby I had sickness but every night with every food or every smell it goes away slowly in the 4th month some last thru out the whole pregnancy.  Ask your doctor I know they have a medication if it's getting to where u can't hold nothing down at all they'll probably prescribe it to you it's tsunami for nausea n vomiting.  Take care :)
