Nerves

Nerves are starting to get to me sometimes I wanna cry for both joy and fear. I just don't want anything to go wrong and me and my baby to be okay. Any suggestions how to calm down?

Tea! When the stress of pregnancy is getting to me I drink lavender chamomile tea. Maybe get a warm bath with a good book. Take deep breaths. You will make it to the other side of this and have a beautiful baby to snuggle with!!

Thank you, I will definitely try that. With it getting so close to the end I have been exta emotional. I just want to hold my baby girl now and not worry about the pain of labour ahead.

Along with what the other ladies said don't listen to other women ranting about how horrible their labor and delivery experiences were.  It's different for everyone, and there's no need in listening to their stories and working yourself up even more.  It is a bit intimidating, but this is what we are built for :-) so don't stress.
