Tea! When the stress of pregnancy is getting to me I drink lavender chamomile tea. Maybe get a warm bath with a good book. Take deep breaths. You will make it to the other side of this and have a beautiful baby to snuggle with!!
Along with what the other ladies said don't listen to other women ranting about how horrible their labor and delivery experiences were. It's different for everyone, and there's no need in listening to their stories and working yourself up even more. It is a bit intimidating, but this is what we are built for :-) so don't stress.
