Between heart burn and back pains I'm getting no sleep. Any resolutions will be greatly appreciated.

For heart burn I drink a glass of milk before bed and if it's really bad I use a teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of warm water.

For back pain Katy on side with pillow between legs. Do not lay on back... At least that helps me somewhat. I still,in my sleep, try to lay on my stomach and wake up and my back hurts.

I wish I could tell u something that would help. I'm to the point with my back pains and migraines that I have to ask my doc to give me something bc everything else I've tried isn't working....:(:(:(

I sleep sitting up on my side. It helps with the indigestion and heartburn. I also take a warm bath before I go to bed to help with my back or I use a heating pad.

I don't know about the back pains but if you take Priolsec OTC your heartburn will disappear and you'll feel like a brand new woman!! My OB told me to take it every night before bed and its safe for baby. In the mean time you can try tums but it just comes right back a few hours later, I sleep with lots of pillows for my back and cant sit on the couch for very long without being in pain, try laying on your side though
