No baby found in ultrasound

I am pregnant according to my urine test by hcg levels increased 131 to 557 bit my doc says there is no baby either I have miscarriage or chemical pregnancy..I am very confused ..I am having all symptom I had in my first pregnancy but this is very weird experience for my second time..I don't know what to do

You just might be early!! As it happened to me with my first child the doc said he was an ectopic pregnancy and was going to loose the baby and all chances of having kids!! Today that child is 3 yrs old n i am expecting my second one!!! Wait and always get a second opinion God bless

I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere that you can't see baby / sack until your hcg is at least 1000 so I would expect it's to early x

Yeah it was 550 three days back

According to app I am 6 weeks pregnant...but I think I have conceived late..as I was having irregular periods ...I am just praying and waiting now

Same happen to my with this being my second pregnancy n being irregular
My last period was sept so my doc said u are 11 to 12 weeks n i am actually just 9 weeks per the ultrasound and tests, u might be just to early n baby be really small!

You may just be to early you really can't see baby until about 4 weeks.  An hear the heartbeat at 6 Week

The dr told me the same thing... And right now i am 37 weeks pregnant

This is exacly what happened to me and i miscarriaged a week after my scan hope everything goes well
