Pain at centre of hip
Hi All and congrats to everyone for expecting. I am in 15 week now, i have pain at centre of right hip. It often got severe while lieing on bed at night in relax position. While working in morning it pain less. When ever it pain... it goes from hip to feet through legs. I want to understand it so that if pain can get reduce
Don't lay on your back and elvate your hips with a pillow
Sometimes i feel like any vein contractness and sometimes any muscle. Thanks you all
