Pelvic Pain

I'm 30 weeks 4 days along with my second baby, and this pelvic pain is killing me! I went for an u/s last week and they told me she's head down already and that could be why i'm in pain anyone have advice on how to ease the pain?

Am so sorry about the pain, I really feel you. I had the same issue since I was 25weeks long there is really nothing you can do, but as for me all of a sadden by week 36 till 40 the pain was gone I just feel the pressure of the baby's head. Wish you the best.

In 27 weeks 3 days and I have pelvic pain too. I'm pretty sure my baby is head down as since when I hear the heart beat it's always down low. I go in a week and a half for an appointment I'll see if can tell me if my baby is or not
