Please Help! Feeling sick, maybe a cold.

I am 12 weeks now and was wondering what kind of medicine I can take if I have a cold or flu. Thanks for your help!

I just got over a cold myself, i took Childrens Tylenol, the liquid stuff only when i really needed it, only because i hate pills, and i took cheratussin AC, my doctor gave it to me for the cough, thats another you can take, i made sure it was safe for the pregnancy before i ever excepted it from her.

What are your symptoms?
You can use throat lozenges for a sore throat
Plain Sudafed for congestion
Benadryl for sleep and allergy relief
Tylenol for fever
Robitussin CF (NOT DM) for cough and congestion
Unfortunately all of the "good" cold meds are not suitable for pregnancy so no nyquil, or anything that's "cold and sinus"
If you think you may have the flu, go and get checked out. If indeed it is the flu, Tamiflu is ok to take.
Hope this helps, feel better!
