Pregnancy Dreams? What do they mean?

A few nights ago, I had a dream that I was laying on a table and I reached down and could feel a little head sticking out (TMI I know). My mother, who passed away when I was 7 months pregnant with my first child, was delivering the baby. She cleaned off the baby and told me that it was a girl (the first girl that would be born into the family) and handed her to me. The baby was so peaceful and calm and my mother was smiling proudly at me. I woke up feeling amazing. It was the best dream I have ever had. I find this dream weird because I have PCOS and have been told that I would be extremely difficult for me to conceive again. And that I probably will not have anymore children. How many people have had a dream about being pregnant and actually ended up pregnant?

Man sad dream @the same time beautiful... u know god does some crazy stuff so dont give up u never know if god might send u another lil miracle... like me & my hubby did consive till 5 years thought of guving up when i did god blessed me with my baby am so blessed

I had a really vivid and real feeling dream that my grandad who has passed away told me I was already pregnant twice then it ended. I was a week and a half late, did a test and it came back negative, then a day or two later I had really heavy clotting and bleeding - completely different to anything I had ever experienced before. Will never know for sure but I'm sure I lost a baby then. Sounds a lovely dream you had, getting to see your mum :)

It was a wonderful dream. I'm sorry to hear about you possibly losing a child. I have also been in that situation. I was late then I had really heavy bleedING and cloting and it hurt really bad. I went through 3 and a half boxes of tampons/pads with huge clots.I guess the time will come when it's supposed too
