I missed my prenatal for two days should I be worried? I have a doctors appointment today.

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and haven't been able to take my prenatals due to nausea. My midwife is ok with it. She just says when you feel up to it take them but if not your fine.
Prenatal pills are just vitamins. They help with the growth of your little one. Just pick up where you left off. Nothing to stress about if you missed a couple of them.
I don't take mine. Only when I remember. My baby is healthy. As long as you eat healthy. They make a big deal but some don't take it at all and the babies are ok
I quit taking mine for some time and my son is healthy
