Pressure/Bloating

I'm 4 weeks 3 days and I've been having a lot of bloating in my abdomen. Along with slight pressure in my lower abdomen and uterus area. It's been a struggle trying to get comfortable sleeping or sitting as well. This is my first kid so I'm constantly worried about every thing. Is this normal? Had anyone else experienced anything like this? Any tips for how to get comfortable?
Thank you in advance :)

Get a body pillow,  Tylenol for pressure and pain. And it's good to sleep on your left side. Every time I felt something different I called my doctor,  had them on speed dial; )

It's all normal, your body is preparing for the changes ahead. As long as you are not bleeding having or cramping really bad your okay. This is my first  little one too.
