Should i be worried?

Hi,its my first experience i had a pregnancy test done yesterday & result is positive. I am 4weeks & 6days.No abnormal signs except that i have been spotting for 3days now & it isn't consistent either. Also,i had a clear water-like fluid dripping down my right nostril (twice) with salty taste yesterday. No pain at all. Could this have anything to do with my pregnancy?

I'm having a similar issue.  Whenever I wipe I have pinkish discharge. I'm 4 weeks and 4 days. I'm scared. I've had 2 miscarriages and I don't know if I can handle a third.

Implantation bleeding happens at week 3 when the egg implants unto the lining of the uterus.  You can't get a positive test result until *after* the egg has implanted.  A lot of women experience some slight spotting at around the tune they would normally have had their period though.

I think it's most likely implantation bleeding that happened to me when I was 5 weeks pregnant it was brown in color though

May be you should see the doctor. I have never experienced that.
