Did you work out pre pregnancy?
I was very active before I got pregnant but haven't really worked out until 18wk cuz I was sick all the time. . I'm 20wk now and I started by walking more and lifting lighter weights like 5lbs.. my dr said it was ok but dont over do it and listen to your body.. if you get tired or dizzy make sure you stop right away. I found some good 2nd trimester safe workouts on pinterest that I love too!
