I had it for a while. It turns out it was from straining because of severe constipation.  I ended up ripping myself back there. On top of the hemorrhoids.. talk about uncomfortable.  I was embarrassed too but I was even more scared so I talked to my doctor.. she put me I  daily doses of the stool softener Miralax.. it has since gone away and I am no longer constipated.  What can I say.. i love my lax.. talk to your doc.. it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and they hear this kind of thing all the time.. it's definitely worth it..

It's a combination of pressure from a slow digestive tract & an increase in volume of blood. Remember that ur body is supporting 2 ppl so it has to make more blood to make sure that everything & everyone is getting enough nutrition & oxygen. I recommend getting the book what to expect when ur expecting to answer a lot of common & not so common but embarrassing questions.

It ia not only about the presure is because ur digestive system is slower and you excercise lest often. Try eaten lots of fiber food, drink plenty of fluids and you can apply some lubrication in the area. And sorry if it sounds gross but dont push too hard.

Hemroids :(  the pressure from baby will cause it. And you don't have to strain while pooing to get them. Just another lovely part of being pregnant. Try to lay down and rest when it starts bleeding.
