I also had this lasted over 4 months mine was my hips they did an x ray nothing was broken. There was a loud pop in the delivery room when I had him. But the pain does last awhile I tried massage , chiro and physio finally one bodytalk session and I felt 100 percent better.
Def talk to your doctor and see what's avaible to help good luck

I had horrible tailbone pain with my first son it lasted a couple months. I'd get out of my vehicle and couldn't walk it hurt so bad. I think it had something to do with your hips spreading for children birth then going back. It ***** bad ! Back rubs and got baths.

It's probably just your body trying to put itself back. If it doesn't stop in a few days I would talk to your Dr just to make sure nothing was broken during birth
