Upper Back Pain

Hello, I'm 16+1 ftm. Earlier today I cleaned a lot more than I have seen I've been pregnant (I had to move things around, sweep, etc). Now hours later I'm having really strange upper back pain. It doesn't feel like what I know a pulled muscle to feel like but it is unbearable. I've been taking a very warm bath for about 20 minutes now and that's the only time its been tolerable but still not better. I am also feeling nauseous occasionally. Should I go to the ER or hope that it passes. I took Tylenol but it hasn't had a chance to work yet. I can keep a hot compress on it. I just need to know if you all think it's potentially as bad as it feels or if this can be handled at home. Thank you!

Upper back pain is probably from you cleaning a lot. I wouldn't worry about it unless it was lower back pain or doesn't go away

I have 2 spinal fractures and I get a lot of upper back pain! Obviously mine has an underlying cause however it's been over a year now (car accident) and I wore a brace for 3 months. I'm now 9 weeks pregnant and if I lift anything, bin bags etc for a certain period of time, my back begins aching and throbbing. The pain is horrible, combined with lower back pain! If I stand for too long, tidying etc, same thing! I lie down with a hot water bottle! Try that, if not go a&e xxx good luck!
