can you jump rope while pregnant? (7weeks)
I was working out before I got pregnant (just found out last week) I love the adrenaline I was getting from working out. Can I jump rope, do lunges and sit-ups? What's like out of the question?
I know you can continue to work out but I would ask the Dr which workouts are ok just to be safe. Maybe it's because I'm almost 36wks but I couldn't picture myself jumping rope lol. But I'm pretty sure keeping up with a workout routine will help you have an easier delivery.
