Being that this is my first pregnancy and my job takes a rather large toll on me physically and mentall, I was wondering if anyone has relaxation tips ? I was thinking maybe a journal, but I don't know if it will really help...
First off congratulations! Second off I feel you. I have been carrying sons my journal for about a week and have yet to crack it open to write. It sounds stupid but just having it available has already started helping me. I've got entries half composed in my head and spring through all the emotions even if it's just in my own head and there is no proof, makes it just a little easier.
